Counting Sheep is a personal project by Sam Vickars. By using the website or the iOS app (including TestFlight builds), you agree to these terms.

The product

Counting Sheep offers gentle nightly sleep exercises and optional ambient sound. It is provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

Your use

Use the app and site in a way that is lawful and considerate.
Do not attempt to disrupt servers, scrape answer lists at scale, or misuse admin or API surfaces.
Optional answer suggestions you send may be reviewed and used to improve the product.

Availability

Features, exercises, and TestFlight access may change or pause without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime or continued support.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sam Vickars is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Counting Sheep. Use it at your own pace, especially when tired.
